• Approval of any loan is subject to our internal review, including creditworthiness and employment verification.

4. Loan Repayment

• Loan repayment terms, including amounts and due dates, will be outlined in your loan agreement.
• You agree to make timely repayments as per the loan agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees and penalties, as well as negative credit reporting.
• In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take legal action or employ third-party collection agencies.

5. Interest Rates and Fees

• The interest rate and any applicable fees for your loan will be provided in the loan agreement.
• Uthali Company Limited reserves the right to change interest rates or fees, but any changes will not apply to existing loan agreements.
