Complete the loan application form, specifying the desired loan amount and repayment terms. Upload the necessary documents, which typically include: 1. National Registration Card (NRC) copy.........2. Latest three months' payslips.........3. Latest six months' bank statements.........4. Reference letter from your HR department.........

Upon approval, the loan funds are disbursed directly to your bank account.
Uthali provides loans exclusively to Zambia’s civil servants. To qualify, you must be employed by the government or a government-affiliated organization. Additional eligibility criteria may apply based on your current financial situation. Please ensure your Payslip is Clean.
Once you have submitted all the required documents and signed the agreement, loan approval typically happens within minutes. The funds will be disbursed to your bank account shortly after the approval process is completed.
To apply for a loan, you’ll need to provide a copy of your NRC, Three Months of Bank Statement, HR Reference Letter, Selfie with NRC. Other supporting documents may be requested during the review process.
Loan repayments are automatically deducted from your salary after we submit your agreement to the PMEC Support Services Department. You won’t need to worry about manually making payments, as this will be handled seamlessly.
